Regional Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Zonal Sales Manager to join our team at Allianz. As a Regional Business Development Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the region and driving business growth.
About the Role:
- You will lead a team of sales professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
- You will develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- You will work closely with other departments to understand customer needs and preferences and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- You will maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to build trust and loyalty.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Bancassurance is required.
- You should have a Post Graduate degree and preferably from a general insurance background with working knowledge of technical aspects of business.
- You should have good communication and presentation skills, as well as being flexible and adaptable to change.
- You should have team handling experience.
