About the RoleThe Regional Operations Director will be responsible for:
- Leading a high-performing team of Operations Leads to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and business results.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including design, production, finance, and vendor teams, to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
- Owning the customer experience from booking to handover, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
- Serving as the highest point of escalation for regional issues, resolving customer complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance, vendors, and installers, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree from a reputable institution, such as NIT, BITS, or IIM.
- A minimum of 7-12 years of experience in operations or a similar field, preferably in startups or similar industries.
- Proven people management skills, with direct team reporting experience.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- A structured thought process and strong attention to detail.
