Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in sales and business development, with a university degree in Business Administration or Engineering. You will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Product Management to identify new business opportunities;
  • Developing and executing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive marketing efforts through customer meets, symposiums, and seminars;
  • Ensuring adequate partner network density to meet market requirements;
  • Identifying whitespace opportunities in products and geographies and developing strategies to increase Schaeffler's footprint;
  • Working closely with channel partners to develop large accounts through strategic account management processes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Business Development Director, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Identifying new business opportunities through research and analysis;
* Developing and executing business plans to achieve revenue growth;
* Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and partners;
* Providing training and knowledge transfer to increase partner competency;
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development.

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A university degree in Business Administration or Engineering;
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in sales and business development;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹25,00,000 - ₹50,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
