Commercial Business Development Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Business Development Director to join our team at Paradiso Software. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to drive commercial growth and achieve sales targets
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and forecasts
- Land and expand: build processes and funnels for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion
- Evangelize the product and personally help close large deals
- Work collaboratively across teams, including Engineering, Product, and Marketing
- Establish inbound lead requirements needed to meet sales objectives
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of relevant sales experience, including management of SDR and AE functions, and a track record of exceeding quota
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others in them
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
- Ability to understand the impact of operational initiatives from a sales or marketing person's perspective
- Ability to prepare reports and use appropriate modes of communication
- Must be proficient at analyzing data, building, reporting, and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
- Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems
- Should have team handling experience (15 to 30 people)
- High-level understanding of digital marketing techniques, oversee execution of marketing strategies for generating leads to support sales goals, Build channel partner network and nurture partner engagement
