Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at CludoBits IT Solutions Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a designated territory, executing direct sales strategies, and driving revenue growth in strategic and enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a well-defined sales process, working with inside sales representatives to build a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities and win business.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and retain existing ones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, forecast, and maintain short and long-term business plans.
  • Consult with customers to understand their business needs and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth and pipeline in strategic and enterprise accounts.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in large corporate or enterprise sales, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong sales skills, including sales, presentations, price and terms negotiation, problem management, account management, and account growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to achieve or surpass company revenue targets as set and revised from time to time.
  • Fair knowledge of high-end Risc/Intel Servers and high-end storage.
  • Aware of various high-end product ranges of IBM, Cisco, HP, Dell, NetApp, Veritas, and Intel platforms.
  • Aware of various high-end storage products of IBM and EMC.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA degree or equivalent.
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
  • Aware of various high-end product ranges of IBM, Cisco, HP, Dell, NetApp, Veritas, and Intel platforms.
  • Aware of various high-end storage products of IBM and EMC.
