The Job

  • We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to lead our key account business development efforts. As a Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within our existing client base, as well as developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Mapping and developing business opportunities across our key accounts.
  • Sales and business development against given targets for key accounts.
  • Market evaluation for competition scenarios and new business opportunities.
  • Identification and closure of opportunities.
  • In-depth coverage and account management in existing/new accounts for new lines of business.
  • Account and relationship management, including CXO and corporate relationships.
  • Timely CRM updates, maintenance, and reporting of relevant sales data.

The Profile

  • You should have a good understanding and knowledge of enterprise/B2B business.
  • Majority experience in farming and hunting sales and business development.
  • Knowledge of the latest products and technologies available in the enterprise market space.
  • Ability to envision solutions around customer pain areas.
  • Familiarity with quarterly/annuity business.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Capability to work in a team and build cross-functional synergies.
  • Demonstrated networking skills with clients across industries.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • 3-11 years of experience in hunting and selling IT managed services offerings.
  • Experience in selling to corporates and enterprises.
  • Over 25 years of SI/IT services and premium retail experience, with over 1100Cr revenues in FY'21-22.
  • Preferred/key enterprise partners with Apple, Dell, Lenovo, MS, Samsung, HP, CISCO, Juniper, Adobe, DocuSign, Parablu, Vivo, and many more.
  • Premium retail partners with Apple, BOSE, Under Armour, and Asics.
  • Experience of serving over 1500++ customers in the last 25 years.
  • Rapidly growing B2B arm (currently serving 8 cities and set to expand to 12 cities by FY '23-24).
