As an Enterprise Renewal Manager at Druva, you'll play a key role in driving business processes, managing heavy transaction workloads, and building automation into our workflow. You'll remove barriers to customer retention, collaborate with the broader customer success team, and deliver a high-value customer experience at time of renewal.
This is a demanding role that requires strong passion, priority management, and interpersonal skills. On any given day, you might be quoting and building renewal opportunities, working reactively on cancellation requests, closing out opportunities, or proposing and building processes to aid in automation.
With a strong background in technical sales, customer success, or account management, you'll thrive in a rapidly changing environment and drive business growth in a strategic manner. You'll have a solid understanding of enterprise SaaS applications and collaboration technology, and a consistent track record of achieving personal and team goals.
We're looking for someone who can leverage technology alliance partners like AWS and other VARs to build account plans and navigate accounts. As an Enterprise Renewal Manager, you'll create and manage a sales funnel of opportunities from start to finish, track progress, and arrange product demonstrations and presentations.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in technical sales, customer success, or account management, preferably within an enterprise SaaS organization. They'll have a solid understanding of data backup, data protection, storage, or SaaS sales experience, and a history of thriving in a rapidly changing environment.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
On any given day, you'll be doing one or all of these things: Quoting and building the renewal opportunities as well as order forms for the Sales Renewal team. Work reactively on cancellation requests. Closing out opportunities by cross-checking paperwork and data to ensure accuracy in Salesforce. Propose and build processes that will aid in the automation of renewal workflow. Act as liaison between Finance, Sales, and Customers. Assisting the Billing team with collections.
Please note: This role requires work with US customers, hence work hours will be 5 pm to 2 am or 6pm to 3am IST.
