Sales Professional for US Hotel Market Expansion

Job SummaryThis role involves providing sales support for multi-branded hotels in the USA, developing and executing a sales action plan to meet or exceed revenue goals. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with a high level of initiative.

Responsibilities- Provide sales support for multi-branded hotels in the USA, develop and execute a sales action plan to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Activate new accounts in the local market and increase market share from existing accounts.
- Develop and nurture a sales pipeline utilizing CRM to manage accounts and shorten the sales cycle.
- Making sure that the hotel ownership is profitable and finding new ways to add value to each hotel you're responsible for.
- Lead bi-weekly sales strategy calls with each of your designated hotels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
- A strong ability to leverage technology and CRM to shorten the sales cycle.
- Collaborative team player eager to contribute and learn from others.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in maintaining accurate sales records.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport over the phone.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in hotel industry.
Our estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply.
