Job Title: Sales Expansion Specialist - US Region
Location: Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate.
Department: Customer Success
Shifts: US Region (4 pm IST to 2 am IST)
Mode of work: WFO - Hybrid
Main Responsibilities:
- Own existing relationships within the assigned territory
- Expand into existing accounts (new teams, new locations, new use cases) to achieve expansion and revenue growth goals
- Maintain strong business relationships with clients
- Work with internal teams to develop effective marketing and nurturing plans
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better serve clients
- Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual opportunities and maintain CRM hygiene
- Built a highly motivated team
- 6-8 years of demonstrated successful Software Sales Experience (SaaS / Cloud)
- Computer Engineer with MBA
- HR Tech sales experience is a plus
- Solution or consultative sales experience
- Data management experience using HubSpot or similar CRM
- Proven ability to develop and maintain an effective network of contacts and build relationships at all levels of the customer/prospect organization
$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
