Global Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Global Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Gamma Technologies in Pune, India.
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a passion for business development and customer relationships to drive growth and expansion of GT software solutions across the Indian region.
About the Role- The successful candidate will work closely with existing clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for growth.
- They will also be responsible for driving new sales by targeting prospective customers and building strong relationships within the industry.
The Global Business Growth Specialist will have a range of key responsibilities including:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both within existing client relationships and through targeted outreach to new customers.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and expansion of GT software solutions.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and build strong relationships with customers.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A degree in engineering or a related field, with a strong academic record.
- Proven experience in business-to-business sales, preferably with a focus on complex software solutions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong industry knowledge and understanding of the latest trends and developments.
In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of ₹1,200,000 per annum, plus performance-related bonuses and benefits.
