Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our team at ROI Magnet. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and driving new business opportunities, managing the sales process, and nurturing client relationships to drive revenue growth.

About the Role:
The Business Growth Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth for ROI Magnet. This includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the sales process, and nurturing client relationships to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth for ROI Magnet* Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with both new and existing clients* Nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals* Lead the preparation and delivery of compelling pitches and presentations to potential clients* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities* Use insights to guide business strategy and identify growth opportunities* Ensure smooth project handovers to the operations team by clearly defining client expectations and deliverables* Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities using diverse techniques* Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to connect with potential clients* Build and maintain a robust database of potential clients for future opportunities* Measure the success of outreach campaigns and refine strategies for higher conversions* Provide weekly and monthly reports on lead generation, outreach performance, and revenue metrics

Salary: ₹ 8-12 lakhs per annum (dependent on experience)
