Business Growth Specialist

We are looking for a talented Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Radical Technologies in Pune. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates with good communication skills.
Location: Hinjewadi & Kharadi, Pune
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience and be proficient in verbal and written English. Proficiency in MS Office is preferred.
We offer a competitive salary of ₹500,000 - ₹750,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. The selected candidate will receive necessary training and support to excel in their role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service to students visiting our office.
2. Understand students' requirements and provide relevant solutions.
3. Counsel and convince students to take up courses that match their needs.
4. Generate references from students and maintain a positive relationship with them.
5. Prepare sales reports and daily follow-up reports.
6. Offer counseling services to enquirers.
