Job DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Unient Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Pune. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing growth strategies to expand the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities- Developing and implementing business growth strategies to expand the company's market presence
- BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRATEGIC CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH
- Collaborating with internal teams to enhance products and services offerings, creating tailored solutions to meet client needs
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in the construction or interior design industry required 1-3 years
- Strong business acumen and understanding of diverse industry sectors
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Market research and analysis capabilities
- Project management and collaboration skills
₹45,000 - ₹60,000 per month (approximate) based on industry standards and location.
