About the Role
This is a full-time on-site position based in Pune for a skilled professional to lead business development efforts and expand market presence. The successful candidate will identify new opportunities, foster client relationships, and develop strategic plans to drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to enhance product offerings and services
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as experience in developing growth strategies and expanding market presence. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required, along with previous experience in the construction or interior design industry (1-3 years).
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
