About the Role

As a Strategic Business Growth Manager at SoftwareGen, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth. This involves building relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs, and presenting solutions that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior-level executives at target companies
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver targeted marketing campaigns
  • Manage and track sales performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in sales or business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and accountability

Compensation Package

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and the company's compensation philosophy.
