Key Account Manager / Business Growth Manager

Main Responsibilities:

We are looking for a strategic business growth manager to identify opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target dealers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for new business generation by meeting architects, interior designers, potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions.

They will manage the sales process to close new business opportunities and build strong relationships with new and existing portfolio of clients, architects, dealers.

The ideal candidate will meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

KPIs:

Individual: Revenue through dealers leads of the dedicated designers and architects

Number of virtual/direct training, number of generated leads

Requirements:

The successful candidate should have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

They should have a strong track record of success in sales, ideally within the interior products/buidling materials industry.

They should be highly goal-oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Strong experience within consultative sales and the ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships.

Familiarity with CRM tools would be a plus.
