About the Role

iMocha is seeking a Strategic Account Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value customer accounts and driving revenue growth through strategic account planning.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated professional with a strong background in sales and customer success. You will be responsible for understanding the unique needs and goals of our customers and developing strategic plans to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key customers, providing in-depth knowledge of iMocha's products or services.
  • Promote customer advocacy and gather customer success stories, testimonials, and referrals to showcase the value of iMocha's solutions.
  • Utilize data analytics to track customer success metrics and trends, and use insights to inform decision-making and customer success strategies.

Estimated Salary

$100,000 - $160,000 per year.
