Sales Strategy & Performance Management

Sisco Research Laboratories Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager - Strategic Growth to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve ambitious growth goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver insightful sales reports to leadership, providing data-driven insights.

Sales Management & Coaching

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing coaching and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture. They will also develop and implement sales training programs to enhance team capabilities.

Sales Pipeline & Opportunity Management

The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and managing a robust sales pipeline, actively prospecting and qualifying new leads. They will also develop compelling sales proposals and presentations to convert leads into customers.

Marketing Collaboration

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns that support sales goals. They will also provide input on marketing materials and messaging to ensure alignment with technical product Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a technical sales management or marketing role. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth. Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and sales cycle management. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience in coaching and mentoring a sales team (a plus). Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools. Previous experience with technical products in your industry (a plus). Collaborative and team-oriented approach
