Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Customer Service Manager to join our team at BNM Business Solutions LLP. As a Sales and Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire spectrum of sales for our residential portfolio, driving sales initiatives, and mentoring and motivating the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Devising new and innovative selling and promotional techniques/schemes.
  • Aggressively driving Sales Planning, Forecasting, and Sales & Customer Service Management.
  • Identifying verified Leads, giving presentations & Closing deals independently.
  • Delivering positive customer experience to a distinguished client base.
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales inquiries, methods, and results.
  • Support the BD and sales team with pitch and review presentations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals.

Requirements:

  • Sales Strategy, Sales Implementation, Strategic Sales Planning, Sales Operation, Revenue Maximization, Real Estate Sales, B2C Sales, Customer Relationships, Business Development, and Team Handling.
  • Willingness to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
