Job Title: Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our team at GFL Recruitment Private Limited. Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Pursue New Sales Opportunities: Utilize industry research and market intelligence to identify potential customers and develop strategies to pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Build and Maintain Strong Relationships with Customers: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Understand Customer Needs and Recommend Appropriate Products or Services: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services that meet their requirements.
  • Coordinate Sales Efforts with Marketing Programs: Collaborate with marketing teams to coordinate sales efforts and ensure alignment with marketing programs.
  • Provide Professional After-Sales Support: Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
  • Submit Regular Reports on Sales Activity, Customer Feedback, and Market Intelligence: Submit regular reports on sales activity, customer feedback, and market intelligence to inform sales strategy and drive business growth.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends, Competitors, and Market Conditions: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform sales strategy and drive business growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience in Sales with a Track Record of Achieving Targets: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
