Job Description:
As a Regional Sales Manager at Hire Xpert, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of product marketing, including product enhancements, competitive analysis, market forecasting, and product positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of product marketing, including product enhancements, competitive analysis, market forecasting, and product positioning.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, architects, contractors, builders, and project management consultants.
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies, including research and idea generation.
- Manage sales and marketing schedules, coordinate with colleagues and fabricator partners, and implement marketing strategies.
- Responsible for generating sales through corporate key accounts, architects, contractors, builders, and project management consultants.
- Identify new business opportunities, including client acquisition and revenue generation.
- End-to-end sales management, including project planning and control, site reviews, and technical specification sign-offs.
- Track new infrastructure development in respective territories and generate business.
- Analyze market trends, track competitors' activities, and provide input for tuning sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: More than 10 years
- Salary: Up to 15 LPA
