Regional Sales Manager

Chart Industries is a leading global manufacturer of highly engineered equipment and solutions serving multiple applications in the Energy, Industrial, and Industrial Gas end markets. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and profitability for the Fans After Market Segment within the region. Your responsibilities will include managing the customer base, obtaining customer RFQs, positioning Howden as a preferred supplier, and driving profitable growth of bookings.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include:
- Proactive management of the customer base to obtain customer RFQs and drive profitable growth of bookings.
- Promoting and marketing Howden products and solutions to existing and new customers and markets.
- Communicating market expectations from end-users and competitors, and defining strategies to increase penetration.
- Utilizing knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and executing innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new business.
- Development, improvement, and monitoring of the sales funnel and order conversion.
- Ensuring on-time response to customer RFQs, TQC, and other requests, and maintaining the accuracy of data in the CRM system.
- Clearly communicating expectations and providing timely reports via regular review calls.
Required qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in developing end customers and a desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities.
- Preferably from the Cement Industry.
