Job Overview:

As a key member of the Allianz team, the Regional Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales growth in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Bancassurance, with a minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience. A postgraduate degree and excellent communication skills are also essential. The successful candidate will be able to adapt to change and have experience in team handling.

Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. 3. Provide coaching and guidance to sales teams to improve performance. 4. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:1. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Bancassurance. 2. Postgraduate degree. 3. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 4. Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Experience in team handling and leadership.

Desirable Skills:1. Experience in general insurance with a working knowledge of technical aspects of business. 2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 3. Ability to work in a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
