Job Description

Sales Strategy Development:
As a Sales Director for the MENA region, you will develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives. This involves identifying target markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities, as well as analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies as needed. Your goal is to proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services that meet clients' needs, while executing thorough sales qualification calls and building trust with leads.

Sales Operations and Reporting:
As a key member of the sales team, you will oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. You will prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for senior management, utilizing CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and report on key metrics. You will also provide sales forecasts and regular sales progress reports to the management.

Team Leadership:
As a team leader, you will lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional performance. You will provide coaching, training, and guidance to sales representatives to enhance their skills and productivity, while monitoring and evaluating the team's performance, implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Requirements:
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). You should have at least 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 4 years in a managerial role, ideally within the MENA region. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share is essential, along with a strong understanding of the MENA market, including cultural, economic, and regulatory factors. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are also required, as well as experience in managing a sales team and working in a multicultural environment.
