Sales Strategy Development
  • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy for the MENA region, aligning with company objectives and driving growth.
  • Identify target markets, customer segments, and opportunities for expansion.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services that meet client needs.
  • Conduct thorough sales qualification calls with leads, understanding requirements and building trust with prospects.
Sales Operations and Reporting
  • Oversee the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for senior management.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and report on key metrics.
  • Provide sales forecasts and regular sales progress reports to management.
  • Participate in sales review sessions with company management and ensure the CRM is fully updated.
Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional performance.
  • Provide coaching, training, and guidance to sales representatives to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
