Job Title: General Manager Sales Leader
Job Purpose:
The General Manager Sales Leader will be responsible for leading and growing the existing Sales divisions of Modern Trade and Q-commerce for Walko QSR Company Private Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Sales team for Modern Trade and Q-commerce.
2. Provide strategic guidance and leadership to drive sales growth and maximize market share.
3. Develop and implement sales strategies to capture maximum market share in respective categories and markets.
4. Engage with key customers, build rapport, and generate business opportunities.
5. Contribute to and implement sales growth strategies supporting regional strategy.
6. Provide market intelligence to the company.
7. Evaluate the performance of the sales team and provide feedback.
8. Interview, hire, and train the sales team.
Requirements:
Experience in managing sales across India in the FMCG sector is a must.
MBA with at least 10-15 years of industry experience, with 5-8 years in handling big accounts with team management experience.
Strong business acumen, relationship-building skills, and must be highly influential.
Strong strategic and decision-making skills.
Must be willing to travel.
Location: PUNE
Number of Positions: 1
Remuneration: Commensurate with Professional Experience & as per Industry Standards.
