Sales Director: MENA Region

Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the MENA region, aligning with the company's overall objectives and driving business growth.
- Identify target markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities, leveraging market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to adapt sales strategies and ensure alignment with Magneto IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd.'s offerings.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services that meet clients' needs, building strong relationships and trust with customers.
- Conduct thorough sales qualification calls with leads, understanding their requirements and aligning them with Magneto IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd.'s solutions.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for senior management, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and report on key metrics, ensuring data-driven decision making.
- Provide Sales forecasts and regular sales progress reports to the management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Actively participate and contribute in sales review sessions with company management, sharing best practices and lessons learned.
- Ensure that the CRM is fully updated, leveraging tools like Zoho CRM to optimize sales performance.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional performance, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Provide coaching, training, and guidance to sales representatives to enhance their skills and productivity, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed.
- Monitor and evaluate the team's performance, implementing corrective actions when necessary to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred), with a strong understanding of the MENA market and its cultural, economic, and regulatory factors.
- 8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 4 years in a managerial role, ideally within the MENA region, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Experience in managing a sales team and working in a multicultural environment, with a strong understanding of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel within the MENA region, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of the business.
