Regional Head - Sales

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed Sales & Service targets in the AOP (Annual Operating Plan).
  • Maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and OEMs.
  • Provide sales forecasts and opportunity pipeline updates.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer support and generate additional service revenue.

Technical Competencies:

  • Data Center: Experience with products like Servers, Storage, Backup, HA Solutions, Networking Devices from OEMs like Dell/EMC, IBM, VMware, Nutanix, Red Hat, PaloAlto, Checkpoint, Fortinet.
  • Cyber Security: Experience with EDR/MDR, Next Gen Firewall, WAF, DLP, SASE, SOC, SIEM/SOAR/UBEA, Proxy, VA PT services.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in System Integration of OEM Products, Infrastructure Services, and Cyber Security.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven approach.
  • Experience in selling Data Center and Cyber Security related products to BFSI, Enterprise (ITeS & Manufacturing), PSU, and Govt sectors.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales and service targets in the AOP. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in system integration, excellent communication skills, and a self-motivated approach. They will be responsible for maintaining relationships with key customers, providing sales forecasts, and collaborating with the service team to ensure customer support.
