Job Summary

Invokhr is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in system integration, infrastructure services, and cyber security. A strong engineering background and MBA are preferred. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, maintaining effective business relationships with key customers and partners, and providing regular sales forecasts and opportunity pipeline updates. The role requires excellent relationship management skills, negotiation, and collaboration with all stakeholders. The candidate should have experience selling data center-related products and cyber security solutions in BFSI, enterprise, PSU, and government sectors. Key responsibilities include meeting sales and service targets, owning and maintaining business relationships, and assisting the Regional Head in developing a roadmap for sales targets and operational improvement. The ideal candidate will have excellent written, presentation, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, and be self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

Meet and exceed sales and service targets
Own and maintain effective business relationships with key customers and partners
Assist the Regional Head in providing regular sales forecasts and opportunity pipeline updates
Liaise with the Service Team to ensure smooth support and services for customers and generate additional service revenue
Ensure all organizational policies are followed
Assist the Regional Head in developing a roadmap for sales targets and operational improvement
Create reports with sales and financial data
Manage the sales process with C-level executives and maintain good relationships
