About the Role:

  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key customers, understanding their unique needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Possess an in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services and advise customers on best practices for maximizing their value.
  • Promote customer advocacy and gather customer success stories, testimonials, and referrals to showcase the value of the company's solutions.
