At iMocha, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value customer accounts, developing and executing strategic account plans to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
About the Role:
- Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key customers, understanding their unique needs, goals, and challenges.
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services and advise customers on best practices for maximizing their value.
- Promote customer advocacy and gather customer success stories, testimonials, and referrals to showcase the value of the company's solutions.
