About the Role

Birlasoft is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Director to lead our IT Sales efforts in Pune. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and retention across our strategic enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

">
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed.
  • Collaborate with sales, Service line SMEs, and marketing teams to develop proposals and presentations.
  • Oversee the entire account lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing support.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling between IT and services.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

">
  • 10+ years of experience in account management or client relationship roles, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
  • Experience with Supply Chain and Oracle EBS is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Analytical skills to assess client needs and develop strategic solutions.
  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, with a preference for Business Management acumen.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in account management are advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹12-18 lakhs per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
