Job Title: Strategic Account Manager for Manufacturing Sector

Overview: Birlasoft seeks an experienced Strategic Account Manager to lead our efforts in the manufacturing sector. This role requires a strong understanding of account management principles and the ability to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and retention.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire account lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing support, ensuring timely delivery of services and effective project coordination.
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall account performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, service lines, and marketing, to develop proposals, presentations, and strategic solutions that meet client needs.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in account management or client relationship roles in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Analytical skills to assess client needs and develop strategic solutions, preferably with experience in Supply Chain and Oracle EBS.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with business management acumen or advanced degrees/certifications in account management.

Compensation and Benefits: The estimated salary for this role is ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive health insurance plan, retirement savings program, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
