About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Elevator Sales Professional to join our team in India.

Job Overview

This role will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth in the region. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with customers, architects, and consultants to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the industry
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales support services
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to stay up-to-date on competitor activity and emerging technologies
Requirements
  • 6-8 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the elevator or construction industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration from a reputable institution
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including:
