We offer an exciting opportunity for a motivated Senior Management Trainee to join our IT Sales team in Pune. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our goal of delivering high-quality, scalable, and innovative products to our clients.

This role offers a unique chance to work closely with senior sales leaders, learn about cutting-edge IT solutions, and build a foundation for a career in technology sales.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in IT sales and technology solutions, excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.

We estimate that the annual salary for this position is around 750000 INR (Indian Rupees) based on industry standards and the location of Pune.

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field is required for this position. Prior experience or internships in sales, marketing, or customer service can be beneficial but not mandatory.

Some of the responsibilities associated with this role include learning and understanding the company's IT products and services, supporting the sales team in prospecting, lead generation, and qualification of potential clients, and assisting in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations for prospective clients.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also be expected to develop strong relationships with new and existing clients, analyze customer feedback and market trends, and provide insights to the sales and product development teams.

As a valued member of our team, you will participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentoring programs to gain a deeper understanding of IT sales best practices and strategies.
