Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at HomeLane. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to drive revenue growth, build strong relationships with customers, and contribute to the company's success.

About the Role

This role requires a consultative approach to selling, where you will use your expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets by working closely with our talented group of interior designers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and establish strong relationships with prospects
  • Own the customer experience from initial interaction to close, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
  • Be proactive in solving problems and taking on additional initiatives as they emerge, driving results and moving at pace in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Past experience in managing customer relationships and running a sales team, with clear sales targets
