Job Title: Industrial Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Industrial Sales Professional to join our team at PressureJet Systems Pvt Ltd.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the industrial equipment industry. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including planning and execution of sales calls, meetings, and negotiations.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  3. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies.
  4. Travel and Logistics: Travel throughout India (approximately 10-15 days per month) to visit clients, attend industry events, and participate in sales activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any stream (preferably mechanical engineering)
  • Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel extensively within India
What We Offer:

A competitive salary of ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
