About the Role
As a Travel Advisor, you will play a key role in assisting customers in planning and booking their travel arrangements. This includes flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting suitable travel options, providing expert advice on destinations, attractions, and local customs.
- Offer personalized recommendations to enhance the customer's travel experience.
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently, resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in the travel industry.
- Passion for travel and a strong knowledge of popular destinations, attractions, and travel trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to multi-task and handle inquiries from multiple customers simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing bookings and payments.
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and online reservation platforms.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
