We are seeking a highly motivated Travel Sales professional to join our team in Pune. As a Travel Sales professional, you will be responsible for promoting travel packages and services to potential customers through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote travel packages and services to potential customers through various communication channels.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and concerns effectively.
- Assist clients in planning and organizing their travel itineraries, including accommodations and transportation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, deals, and offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
- Negotiate deals with travel vendors and suppliers to get the best prices for customers.
- Handle administrative tasks such as booking confirmations, invoicing, and maintaining client records.
- Resolve any travel-related issues that may arise during the customers' trips.
