Job Overview

Nexus Jobs is seeking a highly skilled Travel Sales professional to join our team in Pune. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The primary focus will be on leveraging your sales and customer service skills to drive business growth in the travel sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote travel packages and services to potential customers through various communication channels.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and concerns effectively.
  • Assist clients in planning and organizing their travel itineraries, including accommodations and transportation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, deals, and offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Negotiate deals with travel vendors and suppliers to get the best prices for customers.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as booking confirmations, invoicing, and maintaining client records.
  • Resolve any travel-related issues that may arise during the customers' trips.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
