Job Summary:

INTINERI INFOSOL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients in the automotive industry, developing and executing field sales strategies to meet revenue targets, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the automotive industry, including OEMs and authorized service centers.
  • Develop and execute field sales strategies to meet revenue targets and increase market penetration.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing top-notch customer service and support.
  • Regularly visit automotive workshops, service centers, and dealerships to promote products and secure orders.
  • Present and demonstrate automotive spare parts, explaining features and benefits to clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with sales efforts.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve any issues related to orders or deliveries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in field sales, with a focus on the automotive spare parts industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive sector, especially working with brands like Tata, Mahindra, Suzuki, and others.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the designated region.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
