  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and travel destinations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve team goals.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Attend travel conferences and exhibitions to network and promote the company's services.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in travel sales or a similar role.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of travel destinations, tour packages, and travel industry trends.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using travel reservation systems and MS Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
