Key Responsibilities:
- Sell travel packages to potential clients and achieve sales targets.
- Understand clients' needs and preferences to recommend suitable travel options.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Stay updated with industry trends and travel destinations.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve team goals.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records.
- Attend travel conferences and exhibitions to network and promote the company's services.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in travel sales or a similar role.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of travel destinations, tour packages, and travel industry trends.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using travel reservation systems and MS Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
