Exciting Opportunity for Travel Sales Professional

Nexus Jobs is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Travel Sales professional to join our team in Pune. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting travel packages and services to potential customers, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting clients in planning and organizing their travel itineraries.

About the Role
  • Promote travel packages and services through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and concerns effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Promote travel packages and services to potential customers.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  3. Assist clients in planning and organizing their travel itineraries.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, deals, and offerings.
  5. Negotiate deals with travel vendors and suppliers to get the best prices for customers.
  6. Handle administrative tasks such as booking confirmations, invoicing, and maintaining client records.
  7. Resolve any travel-related issues that may arise during the customers' trips.
