GFL Recruitment Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team. As a Sales and Business Development Professional, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty
- Understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate products or services to meet their requirements
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs to maximize impact
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction
- Submit regular reports on sales activity, customer feedback, and market intelligence
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to stay ahead of the competition
- Participate in trade shows, events, and product demonstrations to showcase our products and services
- Manage and grow a dedicated sales territory to drive revenue growth
- Reach or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Proven experience in sales with a track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with customers
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong customer service orientation to ensure customer satisfaction
- Understanding of sales performance metrics to measure success
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office to manage sales activities
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events
- Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Desire to continuously improve and learn to stay ahead of the competition
