Sales and Business Development Professional Job DescriptionOverview:

GFL Recruitment Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team. As a Sales and Business Development Professional, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate products or services to meet their requirements
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs to maximize impact
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Submit regular reports on sales activity, customer feedback, and market intelligence
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to stay ahead of the competition
  • Participate in trade shows, events, and product demonstrations to showcase our products and services
  • Manage and grow a dedicated sales territory to drive revenue growth
  • Reach or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales with a track record of achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with customers
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong customer service orientation to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics to measure success
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office to manage sales activities
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events
  • Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Desire to continuously improve and learn to stay ahead of the competition

Key skills required for this role include trade show participation, travel management, after-sales support, Microsoft Office proficiency, continuous improvement, time management, communication, CRM software proficiency, sales metrics analysis, negotiation, customer service, sales, customer needs analysis, market research, sales coordination, relationship management, territory management, and reporting.
