- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and client engagement.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on sales and business development.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client outreach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to quickly build rapport.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Hands-on experience with online research tools for retrieving prospect contact information.
- A competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
