Job Title: Sales Executive

About the Role:
Bharat Business Innovations Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automation technologies and their applications in various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the automation industry through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Client Consultation & Needs Assessment: Engage with potential customers to understand their automation challenges and requirements. Recommend appropriate solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our automation products and services.
  • Sales Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals effectively, ensuring both customer satisfaction and company profitability.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to offer customers the most relevant and competitive solutions.
  • Sales Reporting & Targets: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and achievement of sales targets. Ensure accurate and timely documentation in CRM tools.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in automation, technology, or related fields.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of automation technologies and their applications in various industries.
    • Proven track record in sales, including lead generation, client presentations, and closing deals.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative sales team.
    • Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or ZOHO) and Microsoft Office suite.
