About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to drive our sales efforts and lead a high-performing team. As National Sales Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that meet or exceed business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business targets
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Manage sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting

Requirements:

  • Relevant Bancassurance experience is required
  • Post Graduate qualification preferred
  • Working knowledge of technical aspects of Business in general insurance background
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
