Business Development and Team Leadership Executive

ExcelR Solutions is a dynamic organization seeking a seasoned Business Development and Team Leadership Executive to spearhead its Inside Sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building a high-performing sales team, and developing strategic partnerships that align with the company's long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or a related role
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Compensation:
We offer a highly competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
