Requirements

  • Graduate with a degree in a relevant field.
  • Professional certification like CCNA, CCNP, CWNA.
  • At least 5-6 years of experience in the ISP industry in customer support.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role in the ISP industry.
