**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at BNM Business Solutions LLP.

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to travel. The role involves identifying verified leads, giving presentations, and closing deals independently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering positive customer experiences to a distinguished client base, analyzing the effectiveness of sales inquiries and methods, and supporting the business development team with pitch and review presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire spectrum of sales for our residential portfolio.
  • Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team.
  • Create product propositions for various projects and craft impactful 360-degree communication strategies across touchpoints.
  • Devising new and innovative selling and promotional techniques/schemes.
  • Agressively driving Sales Planning, Forecasting, and Sales & Customer Service Management.
  • Educate clients on market trends and keep them aware of rental returns and price appreciation they may get after investing in our properties.
  • Scan the market, identify opportunities for business growth, and prepare and implement growth plans.
  • Demonstrate high levels of oral and written communication and excellent presentation skills as the face of BNM with our customers.

  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and ownership.
