Business Development Role


We are seeking a talented Business Development Executive to join our team at Technothinksup Solutions Private Limited. This role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as managing and growing existing relationships with clients.



Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Utilize market intelligence and sales skills to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  2. Manage and Grow Existing Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new sales opportunities and growing revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
  3. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed sales targets.
  4. Collaborate with Field Sales Teams: Collaborate with field sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, as well as to provide support and guidance on sales strategies and tactics.
  5. Staying Attached During the Sales Cycle: Stay engaged with clients throughout the sales cycle, providing regular updates and ensuring that their needs are being met.
  6. Managing Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their needs are being met.
  7. Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed sales targets.
  8. Developing a Sales Strategy: Develop a sales strategy that meets or exceeds sales targets, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  9. Actively Participate in the Sales Cycle: Actively participate in the sales cycle, providing regular updates and ensuring that client needs are being met.
  10. Excellent Communication Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their needs are being met.
  11. Results-Driven Professional: Demonstrate a strong results-driven approach, meeting or exceeding sales targets and working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
  12. Team Player: Collaborate with field sales teams and cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, as well as to provide support and guidance on sales strategies and tactics.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization
  2. Master's Degree: MBA/PGDM in International Business, Marketing
  3. 3-5 Years of Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales and business development
  4. Language Skills: Fluency in English (verbal and written); other languages are a plus
  5. Additional Skills: Basic to advanced MS-Word, Excel, and PPT skills
  6. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business terminology, business operations, and financial policies and internal controls
  7. Integrity and High Ethical Standards: Demonstrate a high level of integrity with an eye for detail, as well as a commitment to data privacy
  8. Ability to Work in a Team: Collaborate with field sales teams and cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, as well as to provide support and guidance on sales strategies and tactics
